This is the Third site I built for the Storm Riders. I was a member in 2003-2004 during my school days in Singapore. While serving on the committee as the web admin. I built the first site as a mashup of scripts like WordPress and various “portal mods” (those where so cool) and forum software which took modifying, by hand, the code of hundreds of pages; I never slept.

With sites like Facebook, Myspace and Twitter becoming so popular, more and more people want those features elsewhere. As with everything these technologies trickle down. Some of the same features those big sites have can be tailored to fit clubs and social communities of all kinds.

Megan Bushell is a singer, motivational / educational speaker, spokes-model, and personal development consultant. In 2004 she was selected as Miss Kansas and served the Kansas Children’s Service League as spokesperson for the state of Kansas. Launching her speaking career, she has since spoken to over 68,000 people across the country.

Megan’s website has an admin section with WYSIWYG editors so there is no need for a web admin. Pages, news, music and photos can all be added to the site without any HTML skills.
